Business Week called on Catalyst to help a small business get the most out of its Yahoo! store. We evaluated the site’s design and usability and make specific recommendations for improvement. We also designed a more attractive and functional homepage. The business owner was so pleased with our results that she implemented our new design exactly according to specifications and has been experiencing higher conversion and customer satisfaction as a result.
