Catalyst was fortunate enough to be involved with a recent Forrester Research report that re-emphasized the importance of integrating usability analysis and testing into the development process. Interestingly, Forrester concludes that most companies' early efforts in this area are "naive" and they recommend, among other things, that companies turn to outside experts to help them build the necessary in-house skills.
