Labs
Catalyst maintains two state-of-the art testing labs equipped with Morae video capture software and a Tobii Eye Tracker. We have also developed custom testing setups that enable us to test with any cell phone, PDA, DVD, or game console. Our observation rooms are built for client comfort and productivity with generous dimensions and dedicated Internet connectivity and AC power at each observation seat.
Process
We take care of the entire testing process, from start to finish – a completely “turn-key” service; including snacks! We understand that testing often occurs in the midst of highly complex and time intensive projects and we are dedicated to making the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Recruiting
A well-crafted screener and effective recruiting are crucial aspects to a successful research project. Our recruiters have nationwide capability and have successfully delivered participants with highly specific, low-incidence qualifications, including senior corporate executives, teens, specialist physicians and many others. We can also recruit specifically from client-provided lists.
Flexibility
Catalyst offers a wide variety of testing methodologies and approaches, many of which are more rapid and economical than “traditional” lab-based testing. We are also happy to customize a process to suit a particular client need or budget. We love a challenge!
